THEA HOLLMAN
Thea Hollman (she/they) teaches a variety of classes for kids and teens at Sea Change Yoga. She is also the Program Coordinator for Sea Change’s Queer Youth Yoga Project. In this role, Thea works closely with yoga teachers and school partners to coordinate yoga programming in collaboration with GSTA/SAGE clubs throughout Maine.
As a camp director and long-time teacher in many forms, Thea infuses their classes with a sense of lightness, joy, and humor. They believe that yoga is a versatile tool for individuals of all ages, encouraging movement exploration with compassion and presence. Guided by a profound belief in the transformative power within each person, Thea remains committed to facilitating movement and introspection for anyone who walks through the door and is continuously inspired by the journey of growth and change. Thea is dedicated to continually learning how to best support students on their individual paths and considers themselves a lifelong learner.
Born and raised in Maine, Thea enjoys making music, jumping in the ocean, running, and spending time with her beautiful community of friends.
