SEA CHANGE YOGA IS SEEKING NEW BOARD MEMBERS!

Sea Change Yoga’s mission is to provide trauma-informed yoga to underserved populations. We bring these evidence-based practices to those who have experienced trauma and could benefit from the emotional regulation and increased physical and mental health that trauma-informed yoga and meditation practice provides. Sea Change Yoga offers classes free to students in substance use recovery centers, transitional housing, correctional institutions, schools, and to other populations at the intersection of multiple systems of oppression.

  • Embody and contribute to an inclusive working environment that values varying beliefs, behaviors, and backgrounds.

  • Possess an understanding of the historical context for racial inequity & systemic oppression and its present-day implications.
