We stand in solidarity with the Asian American and Pacific Islanders community

We are sending love to and stand in solidarity with the Asian American and Pacific Islanders community. We condemn the violence happening in Maine and nationwide and the murders in Atlanta. We recognize that racism and misogny are so often at the root of human trauma, and to remain grounded in our trauma-informed approach we must continue to examine our participation in white supremacy culture. As a yoga service organization, it is our duty to embody and promote Ahimsa (non-harm). We have more to do.
